Welcome to Lux Cavum. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Payment

  • A valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations.
  • Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise specified in your booking terms.
  • Rates are quoted in Euros and include VAT unless noted. Local tourism tax is additional.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
    Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival: Full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% of total stay charged.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of total stay charged.

4. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children under 12 stay free when using existing bedding.
  • Extra beds available upon request (€40/night).
  • Cribs are complimentary and subject to availability.

5. Pets

  • We welcome small, well-behaved pets (max 2 per room) at €20 per night.
  • Pets must not be left unattended in rooms.

6. Smoking Policy

  • Lux Cavum is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • A €250 deep cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

7. Use of Facilities

  • Guests use the spa, lounge, and hiking trails at their own risk.
  • Lux Cavum is not liable for injuries or losses incurred during the use of these facilities.

8. Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who display inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior without refund.

9. Privacy and Data

  • Your data is stored securely and used only for reservation and guest service purposes.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law.

10. Force Majeure

  • Lux Cavum is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or government actions.
